International Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with a Logs2Art purchase or gift for any reason, it is possible to exchange that product for a new one. In all cases, products must be returned in new  condition and return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser. Any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

When returning a product please include a little note which explains why you are returning it and which product you would like to receive instead. We will then contact you once we receive the product and ship you the new one instead, after receiving payment for shipping cost.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, please note that all items are unique, so send us an email and send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address above.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
